The team member who conducts the initial hearing leads the project from design through development, operation, and maintenance, with full support from experienced colleagues. We do not engage in the outsourcing or multi-tier subcontracting that has become the IT industry norm. Now that coding efficiency has improved dramatically, we believe the loss of ownership through division of labor costs more than it saves. We treat your field as our own.

Pricing IT products is inherently difficult, because deployment complexity varies widely depending on existing systems and business processes. We use a proprietary pricing simulator to make the return on investment visible to our clients, and only proceed once both sides have agreed on a price. No vague estimates. No hidden charges added later.
We pass AI-era productivity gains to our clients.
Our development speed has increased five to ten times compared to the pre-AI era. Documentation that once took a day now takes ten minutes. ”Born in 1981, originally from Nagoya, Japan.
For 17 years, I lived in Berlin, Germany. As a lead full-stack engineer at a major SIer, I worked alongside multilingual, multicultural international teams, building systems for companies across Europe.
Through years on the front line of web application development, I was struck by the rapid evolution of AI and AI agents. The boundary of what 'only humans can do' is being fundamentally redrawn. After a long career, I had finally found the theme worth dedicating the rest of my life as an engineer to.
Yet the benefits of these advanced technologies have reached only large corporations — not the small and medium-sized enterprises facing diverse management challenges and most in need of change. As an engineer and as a founder, I wanted to take on this challenge closer to the field. I wanted to begin this new chapter from Nagoya, the city where I grew up. With that conviction, I returned to Japan and founded Neurosynch.
