Senior AI Agent & Web Application Engineer
Nagoya, Aichi | Full-time | Hiring in 2028 (pre-registration open)
We want to hear from people who have felt out of place in the faceless, multi-layered subcontracting world of large SIers — people who have always believed there must be a better way than just building to spec.
Annual Salary
¥5M – ¥7M
Age and academic background have no bearing on salary. Compensation is determined solely by the scope of work we can entrust to you.
What makes this role different
- We go into the field. Everyone involved in implementation attends the initial consultation and hears directly from the people who will use what we build.
- No outsourcing. Everything is built in-house. We value a sense of ownership on every project.
- AI is used to the fullest. We use Claude Code, Cursor, Dify, and n8n to deliver high-quality systems at a pace of one per week.
- High autonomy. In a small team, you own the full cycle from design through delivery.
Required
- 3+ years of professional IT experience (development, design, or requirements definition)
- Experience implementing AI agents or LLM APIs (n8n, Dify, LangChain, etc.)
- Takes ownership of what they build and sees it through to the end
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Domain knowledge in healthcare, nursing, professional services, or construction
- Backend development experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar
- Infrastructure experience with AWS, Vercel, Railway, or similar
- Business communication experience in English or another language
